Bellanotte's Grilled Chicken Penne with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

yummy, this was so easy!

Bellanotte's Grilled Chicken Penne with Gorgonzola Cream Sauce

3 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 lb Penne Pasta
12 oz Grilled Chicken Breast, sliced (I use 16 oz)
4 oz Sun Dried Tomatoes
8 0z Gorgonzola Cheese
8 0z Cream
1 oz Garlic, chopped
Pinch Fresh Basil
Salt & Pepper to taste

1. Cook pasta according to box directions.
2. Saute Garlic in the olive oil.
3. Add sun dried tomatoes and sliced chicken breast, Saute for about 1 minute.
4. Add the cream and the Gorgonzola cheese.
5. Finish with the basil and salt and pepper.
